Such bad hospitality from this particular branch , I have ordered a spaghetti and multigrain chicken slice . The sandwich has come and it took some time for the arrival of the spaghetti , therefore i reminded one of the staff who came near my table , she was pleasant , she reminded her female colleague whom i earlier placed the order to . This female staff was rude enough to say " sabar la ada 2 tangan saja " she was saying it while looking at me and said it loud enough for me to hear , where i am sitting far right corner of the shop . The reason i reminded her about the spaghetti was because other tables were getting their food . Please teach your staffs some manners .

Food was decent but the service was atrocious. After I finished I went back to get a packet of chips , the cashier (Rita) said that they didn't have change for rm 10 which I find hard to believe . Anyway I have them rm5 and they had the nerve to say why didn't you give me a smaller note before when you had one . Customers should be treated like customers and not like beggers.

Good choice for sandwiches despite a bit pricy. Must go for set meal which is more worth it. Staff is friendly
