I called for an appointment and spoke to someone called John. He was very rude. The customer service was shocking! I was asked if i was a member and when i said, no i would like to try your service first, he said, no more appointments for coupons. I said, how did you have appointments for members just now and you suddenly don't have one for a new customer? Only members are your customers? He replied, no more appointment yoday. Fully booked. When I asked to speak to a manger, he refused. He said 'no manager', and when i insisted on speaking to one, stating that its impossible for a business to not have a manger, he said sorry, no manager and closed the phone.
The worst customer service! If they don't know how to speak to a customer, how can they provide a good service?!
