I have done the Oxygen mask facial treatment each time around RM500 around 2011. The facial were very good. Treated my acnew and uneven skin tone problem. However, when I didn't want to continue to have package with them because I was sent to other state for work, they insisted me to give them reasons and persuaded me with different ranked officer from supervisor, to branch manager. I still firmly rejected. Lastly, they said to me, " ok, I will put in your report that you have financial problem cannot continue. " Like I care. And the last facial they did to me, they didn't even cleaned the mask of nicely and never even reminded me my face had remaining of the facial mask(I still remember it's pink colour) even though they talked to me at the counter, at least 3 of them sitting at the counter. So I had to walk around and realised it later at my own car. Until now, I have back to this state for 4 years, I have never thought of going back there even though I think the product is good but the service is not sincere.
