The doctor was very nice and explained everything very well but its not worth the money I paid for the visit. They charge high amount of money just for consultation.

I wouldn't even want to give half a star to this vet if it possible. My pet were in coma this morning around 6am++, I had send him to this vet which I have no choices because the other vet are not open yet. They told me it most probably liver problem at the very beginning, and so they gave him dripping and put him to ICU. The doctor told me that they would do a blood test and call me once the blood test are done in between 930am-1130am. I did not receive any calls so i decided to go to the vet directly at 1145am. When i arrived at the vet, I've waited for 20min for them to call my name, and then they told me that my pet passed away. I asked them why are they not giving me any call, and the doctor mentioned that they were doing CPR so they dont have time to call us while there's so many staff around there. Well, and so me and my bf ask the doctor what's the issue causing the death, but guess what we get?! He keep telling us bout my pets blood cells are low and "MAYBE" food poisoning. Somehow, I think this is ridiculous when the doctor can't tell me what's the exact problems even they have did the blood test.
I bring my pet body and the report to my formal vet and they told me the only reason they could have thought of is cancer due to the blood test report.
* That's all i wanted to tell here. If you are reading this, please re-consider if you really want to bring your fur-kids to this place.*

Despite the bad reviews here, when i went there, it was totally fine for me. There will be securities at the front and they will help you which was very nice of them as they helped me to get into the car while raining. The doctors there are professional and i am very thankful for that.
of course the cost is high, it is always normal for this kind of stuff although paying 80% as deposit is very high.
In the end though, i ended up giving euthanasia to my cat and it was heartbreaking. The doctor (not plural form as my doctor was very kind and i am not sure about the others) there will let you speak to your pet before doing so. He was so considerate and even apologized to us before we left.
Nonetheless, everyone was very kind and professional there. I don't see the point of not trying out the centre first?

doctors do not emphathise with the pet owners. they dont feel very caring and are dismissive when we question them, saying 'you are free to take them elsewhere'. charged an arm and a leg only to tell me in the end that their recommendation was to put my pet down. always get a second opinion for anything they tell you. one star for being open 24 hours, but even that is being generous.

Very friendly and professional service. Although very busy and bustling and sometimes hard to get hold of a vet over the phone, their service was second to none. Only concern is the price 😶
