The hotel has THE location, best place to access the city
The good :
Clean rooms
Convenient in room controls,
Adequate facilities to make your stay comfortable
Fair choice of food and well priced accommodation
Can be improved :
I booked on booking. Com with a king bed as special option, I was offered twin bed
The AC was not silent and the noise was not irritating but discomforting
Bar has limited and overpriced selection
We were just 3to4 souls at the bar but the live music was loud as hell that I could not take a single call, and the music selection was dated and could not grab any hang of it
Still the place is recommended for business travelers

Large room with great views. There's also a table for working and a sofa for relaxing. Great overall experience, highly recommended.

5-Star Hotel with excellent facilities and hospitality. Located in the heart of Medan, it's only 2 minutes of driving away from Medan's train station. Making it very accessible from the airport's train.

Great place in Medan! Rooms excellent - new, neat, clean and the place is very well maintained. Haven't seen such a nice Fitness Centre in any hotel. Absolutely great place. Food is also great.
