Nice service, beautiful view, nice breakfast. Everything went really well. Awesome place to be, have a small fitness centre.

a very suitable hotel for business trip because the location is near the medan’s business center. the hotel facilities are nice but the room is kinda old fashioned. breakfast here is my favorite because the restaurant is located at the rooftop so you can enjoy medan’s city view while eat breakfast 👍🏼. the staffs are nice

Hotel located at the downtown ease to reach location, room a bit small for 4 stars hotel but the rate was ok, car park is limited and valet was available to help for parking for free

First impression is not good. Dark, old dated furniture and interior. A lot of people smoke here, hotel management should be able to provide decent ventilation in the lobby, hallways, and seating area by the lift not just ashtrays. Coz once i stepped out from the lift, the hallway smells smoke. Non smoking rooms aren't 100% non smoking. I'm allergy to smoke and i can still smell smoke in bed/carpets/rooms even if it's faint. With no access to open air (window is locked/not workable), i just hope i won't have problems tonight. Bathroom is basic but clean enough. Food is standard. Nothing exceptional but still okay.
