Book my hotel room via agoda..my room was spacious, with complete facilities.. Good wifi connection and varieties of local and international tv channels..but this hotel was not well maintained, the tap is leaked..some was broken but the hotel staff was so efficient that they came and repaired instantly! Kudos! breakfast buffet was not so good...

Big spacious rooms. Bathtub n hot water okay. Need little fixing on cleaning.

This hotel is quite good, it's placed downtown, we can walk to some food court. The hotel has some facilities, such as restaurant. Bar, karaoke room, gym may be spa. Thats all I know

I can't see how this is a 4 star hotel, the interior is really old, bland and sometimes even unclean. Furthermore the card keys are so temperamental, it's infuriating when your card key doesn't allow you to gain access to your own room and the lifts. I won't be staying here again

My stay was okay, it was on the expense of my office, so there's nothing to complain about..
but management should consider renovations or revitalization
