ID: Untuk ketepatan waktu masih kurang, tetapi armadanya lengkap untuk berbagai kelas dan harga. Akses yang mudah karena sangat dekat dengan persimpangan Ring-Road. Ruang tunggu memilikki akses Wi-Fi (NB: Harus beli kupon wi-fi.id terlebih dahulu), Dekat dengan tempat makan sambil menunggu armada bus yang dinaiki serta dekat dengan hotel
EN: Still lack of time, but the armadas is complete for every class and prices. Really ease to access because it's really near to Crossroads of the highway. The waiting room has Wi-Fi access (P.S. : We have to buy the wifi.id coupon to access it), near to restaurants so you can take something to eat while you are waiting for the bus and also it's near to the hotel

Tempatnya duduk dan kamar mandinya lumayan bersih. Banyak tersedia tempat duduk di dalam dan di luar sehingga lumayan untuk melepas lelah. Bbrp spot ada colokan listrik jd bs untuk ngecharge hp atau keperluan lainnya. Tersedia shuttle ke dan dari gajahmada, bayar 10rb aja. Jd jika mau lanjut ke daerah pusat kota bs pakai shuttle

Good services, free toilet, non smoking waiting room and free parking. Lots of acehnese restaurants around the premise.

Terminals and bus counters are clean and orderly. Has a lot of bus fleet with majors to various areas such as banda aceh, pekan baru, padang and island of Java.
