Have been taking care of my grandson here. Most impressed with the doctors and nurses. Dr. Justin was friendly. Dr. Alvin was personal n approachable. He handled my grandson's case of ITP very well. Went an extra mile to accede to my request. Thank you so much, Dr Alvin! I myself have stayed at/took care of family members at 4 other private Medical Centres/hospitals in other cities, Gleneagles beats them all. Amazing team of nurses who are all smiling and helpful too ! They really spoil you! The whole place is so clean n bright, more like a hotel than hospital. Keep it up, Gleneagles!

The outlook of hospital is impressive, however the management and doctors' support team is poor. The management seems confusing and complicated. A lot of unnecessary delay in many cases, is a torture to the patient and patient's family. Should cut down the paper work and unnecessary administrative procedure. The support team and administrative staff still need plenty of training. Can't see the urgency in their working spirit. Taking the patient or patient's family from the ward to the cashier is unnecessary and wasting the time of the nurses, especially when the hospital still have inadequate nurses, better spend their time to look after the patients' need. Billing is very slow, it take more than an hour when doctor said patient can be discharged.
