Very cheap, well placed. Very old enviroment, a lot of dirt, bad service.

Right in the center of Kota Kinabalu. Comfortable rooms. Price/night ok.

Overall service is kinda ok. Room is clean but the shower room lack a sliding door which result in the water splashing onto the floor outside of the shower area.
The wifi is atrocious as in it is frequently not connected and the room lighting is quite dim.
Breakfast buffet is decent but nothing to shout about. You can have egg dishes made to order.
Be warned for travelers, if internet access is a necessity, do get a mobile internet.
