A beautiful enclave of peace, health and rejuvenation! The staff are so wonderful they impart their own medicine of goodness to the equation. A great place to reset and recentre yourself, with healthy food/juices, supportive yoga and walks, lush treatments, and useful informative talks to go away fortified and armed to being a better self. A real gem!

Caring, comfortable and relaxing environment for detox and healing of the mind body and spirit. The Amchara team make this experience very special. The accommodation can be little chilly on cold days but just bring layers and turn up the heat a little to keep cosy. I discovered a whole new field of health, wellness and the most amazing natural food.
