My favorite studio on the island. Sveta transformed my practice years ago with her expertise and knowledge in an array of topics. Her classes are unique, spiritual and powerful. Highly recommended for all level practitioners.

Poweryogaworld is the place to be if you want to practice this fascinating spiritual and ascetic discipline in a warm and professional environment. Sveta is an exceptional instructor and makes you feel comfortable no matter your level. The feel good factor I feel after every session energise my body and mind. Give it a try and you definitely won't regret it.

Lots of good yoga quality here--Sveta, the owner, has a very deep knowledge about yoga philosophy, meditation, different methods, yoga poses, modifications, etc. Her classes are highly structured, with high standards for exact instruction and guidance. Her studio is beautiful and bright, really the best out-fitted studio space in Malta, with all of the props you could need. I always come away from her classes with a feeling of peace. And her retreats are wondrous--in great locations, with healthy, yummy food, treks in nature, meditation by the sea, and great yoga instruction. I highly recommend Power Yoga World!

I started practicing yoga a few months ago and im addicted! Sveta is excellent and it shows that she is very passionate about yoga! She is also very helpful and encouraging. I love the place its well-equipped and quiet.

Power Yoga introduced me to Ashtanga Yoga last Septmeber, and i have been a regular practitioner ever since ! Professional training, that leaves you with a sense of fulfillment and satisfaction after classes. Highly Recommended :)
