Why 1 star. I googled to find a good bar. Found this bar 20 mins walk away and took the family. In 35 degree heat to have a meal and drinks. Checked theirs website. To find when I got here they had a small letter on the door saying thy are on holiday for 2 weeks from the end of July!!! Could not be bothered to add this to their website! Well went to a better place to get food. Won't be attempting to come back next time I'm in Malta

I gave the guy a 20 for two beers and he gave me change as if I had given him a 10. I know for a fact I gave him a 20 because that was the only bill I had on me at the time. He persisted and acted like I gave him a 10. It was late at night, so maybe he assumed I was drunk and could be easily taken advantage of. Whatever. 10 euros wasn't worth a heated argument. It may have just been an honest mistake, or he may be the type of person to take advantage of tourists when he thinks he can get away with it. Either way, I'm never going back there again.

This 'English' style pub is comfy and cozy with plenty of room and a quiet atmosphere. The pub looks like many of the themes bars you find aboard, the place is clean, the service is good and the beer is cold. Food is your usual pub grub and at a really good price. Great for a quick lunch or evening meal.
