Horrible services when it comes to claims. Was ignored most of the time and sent from person to person when calling on the phone by Global Insurance Brokers (which make part of SMS Insurance) and in the end the claim was settled against me by SMS insurance after two and a half months of waiting with a report by their incompetent surveyor in which he blatantly lied against the police's word even when it was evident that I was not at fault.
