Very nice building with antique architecture. The staff is very friendly and willing to provide the best service. They cooked me something that was not in the menu. The food has a very good taste. The rooms are spacious and the bed is great. Very close to the Nissan plants and downtown fair's area

Quinta Real is a beautiful five star colonial style hotel with extreme potential. However, the deteriorating room quality and poor customer service will eventually lead to its own demise. From squeaky beds, to old feathered pillows with jagged edges sticking out and picking your face at night, to a hair in my food, Quinta Real is NOT worthy of its five stars.

Beautiful hotel. Very comfortable and clean. Swimming pool is fresh (not heated). Check in and check out went smoothly.

Not good at all. Carpet in my room was dirty and old. AC not working very well. Food at the restaurant wasn't as expected.
It is not a cheap hotel so I was expecting something better.
We attended a convention and most of the attendees were disappointed with the hotel. The hotel itself is nice but once you live the experience it becomes a disappointment.
