Great stay. I wish the resort had a designated company to transfer to and from the airport. We had issues with our transport on they way there (even though they were set up with the help of the hotel).

Excellent customer service and beautiful resort. If you stay at the Royale Lobby ask for Jessica. She is great!!!

This resort charged us twice for our stay, a pure mistake I'm sure. The problem is they said it would take 8days for the refund and I still am waiting (now almost 3 weeks later, and several emails that are unanswered so far). The customer service at check-in is pretty bad btw, they seem to treat you like you're a burden. My friend's baby never got a crib to her room, and her shower didn't drain, they basically got annoyed at her when she mentioned it to them in the morning, and said it was her responsibility to tell them at the point when the shower problem occurred... well it was almost 11pm when it happened and their day had been delayed by late arrival to airport, and the hotel toook 1hour to check her in.
If you want a holiday that is enjoyable from beginning to end and not having to deal with $630 of overcharge that they don't want to return, do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.
