Lo mejor que tienen a su favor son los precios, el detalle fue que la unidad que yo rente presentaba algunos detalles, golpes en facial, sin limpia parabrisas, problemas al frenar. Yo espero que solo se mala suerte que tuviera con la unidad

Les recomiendo que si rentan de en físico vean precios en internet es más barato y le comenten al que atiende para que les respete el precio, lo que no me gusto es que no avisan que cuando uno entrega el auto no dicen que si ellos llenan el tanque cobran casi lo doble.

Pésimo rente un vehículo y traía un golpe el cual no marco la persona que revisa los autos como la entrega se hizo en otra oficina querían cobrarlo, al llegar la persona que revisó el auto me pidió dinero de mínimo la mitad de lo que estaban cobrando para no reportar el daño, a lo cual no accedí, afortunadamente page el seguro al 100 y no cobraron nada pero que desagradable es que hasta en estas empresas intenten ser corruptos.

Horrible experience here....I reserved an car thru Priceline for a few days...I got picked up and taken to this office .....let me tell you that the gentleman there (he seem to be in charge of rentals) should go back to retrain on how to deal and treat customers. At the time of rental he was attending a couple on which 20 mnts went by and he was still processing this rental...I questioned how long will this process take since I have been waiting and it appears his conversation with the present customer was more personal than business ignoring that they are people waiting....his reply was very rude and unapologetic......,once was my turn very rudely requested my documents. This is completely unacceptable and this person should be removed from his position. He denied the vehicle rental since the forms of id I had at the time were not acceptable as per his standards, so he said!
