All well...room service lost my towels so I was charged..but close to a lot of stuff. Mercado 23 I think it's 10 min aways

Pool and rooms are connected, as in no door separating them. The t.vs' might be an issue as well. Air conditioning is good, same with beds and bathrooms.

The hotel it's not so good, also they don't have pillows!! And everything that they provide to you is a small one that doesn't work. Besides, the room it's not good, the price is high!!

Even is a small hotel you can find comfortable rooms, great service and great location in Cancun's downtown.

This hotel is a very pleasant downtown Cancan hotel. It is not the hotel zone. We had a good size room. Clean, friendly staff, nice pool, well located.
