Looking tired definatley not 5 star. But enjoyed my holiday here. To much pool activity to result In the pool not being able to be used. Beach was lovely.. staff very helpful.. . Rooms light and airy. Bed comfy. We had small balcony on the 5th floor but fantastic sea view

Stayed here for 7 nights/8 days. Had a wonderful time swimming in the pool and the ocean and taking part in the daily activities. Food was good but can be improved, especially for vegetarians. Meals were often labelled incorrectly which was unfortunate. Flight was delayed and we arrived at the hotel at 1am. Restaurants were closed except for the sports bar, where the food selection was limited and not fresh. Overall had a great experience and would probably come back, depending on the price..

Just got back from the Riu Caribe. Had an AMAZING time! The hotel is very clean, the staff are very friendly. The entertainment team is FANTASTIC!! They work very hard and do an amazing job!! I loved that there are two pools (the bigger pool where most of the entertainment is, and the smaller pool is the quite one). The pizzeria by the small pool was my favourite place to eat during the day! The beach was also amazing! Always very clean! Shout out to Alex and Miguel for awesome drink service! :) The buffet was decent. Lots to choose from. I have zero complaints from this vacation! I had an amazing, relaxing time. I highly recommend this resort and I will definitely be back!

This place is amazing. It has a great pool area and food and drink for days. Definitely worth the price in that aspect. I wish I could give it 5 stars, but the staff did not fulfill all of my needs. I needed to get pesos and their ATM was down. I had to cross Mexican traffic to go to another hotel to do so. Would like that not to have been the case, and the front desk did not seem to care that they could not help me.

Room kept nice and clean. great views from the upper floors.food was good with plenty of choices. entertainment was good in the hotel. the beach was very good but pitied the poor man raking up the seaweed every morning at 6am although in saying that all the staff worked very hard. good location for buses etc to the mall's and flea market. would definitely recommend the hotel
