They never answer the phone, I've been there probably like 4 times this week and supposedly in business hours, morning time and before noon and there's no one there at the front desk! That only makes me think the day I have some kind of trouble going in with my code or key, it might take several months or weeks for them to answer my call. I wouldn't become a member not even if it was the last gym in Cancun, take this in account if you're planning to join this gym with such a lack of customer service !!!!
