Lacks a bit of hygiene on their public areas, an sometimes the attention can be somehow inexistent by the staff. But there's still a good selection of products and really good prices.

Grate Mexican owned grocery store. All though I prefer Chedrahui or soriana.

Reviewed as a nearby Playa resident that has been here many times...
Selection: 4.5 of 5
General selection is pretty good. There is an expat focused isle over by the bakery area that also has an ok selection.
Accessibility: 5 of 5
There is a ramp from the parking garage I to the lower retail area, an ramp (not stair) escalators up and down into/from Mega.
Cleanliness: 2 of 5
Store - 4 of 5
Bathroom: 0 of 5
Never fail to plan ahead so that you don't ever need to use these. They are disgusting. Pretty sure the management has the staff come in to pee and smear crap on things to prepare for customers.
