Wonderful airport service! I've been to Cancun several times and we always use them when we return. Courteous, professional and extremely friendly. Can't beat getting greeted with an ice cold bottled water after a long flight!

Scheduled a pickup at he Merida airport and they never showed up. Even said that they would not refund me. Stay away from this "business".

The guides we had were wonderful they picked us up in a nice Mercedes Benz Van. Complete with air conditioning and were accommodating and patient. As well as being able to speak many different languages for the other guests. It was nice they had a microphone system to talk over the loud road noise and the information was well presented. Everything within the tour was phenomenal and exceeded our expectations. Roberto was our driver and Rosendo was our guides. Two very nice gentleman, another thing was that our group was very small and easy to keep up with. We walked the grounds of Chichen Itza and shopped around the small stands as well. And buffet was also includdd with very high end foods as well. Not to mention the same place the tours take place was where Jennifer Lopez and other famous celebrities have stayed or accompanied the grounds.
I highly recommend this tour!
