Que tal buen día, es la primera vez que pienso rentar con esta compañía, hablé para asesorarme, y aparte del costo de reservación, depende del auto te hacen una retención aparte ya al ir a oficinas en este caso un VW Vento y que te retienen de 30 a 40 mil pesos, eso porque no lo hacen visible para nosotros al momento de hacer una reservación? Saludos

Don't trust them when they price you at all. We had made all of the arrangements while in the US and absolutely nothing was respected. First of all we had reserved a certain vehicle and that wasn't even saved for us. Second the prices we had agreed upon skyrocketed more than $400!! That's usd not pesos! And to top it all off the customer service was trash because they thought they could overcharge us because we're from the US. Don't recommend to anybody ever. All bad news!

The amount they gave us on the receipt is not what they ended up charging my bank account. Their customer service isn't very friendly like they should be. The only positive I can give is that they gave us a 2018 SUV with navigation system which we had no problems with.

RIPPED OFF. AVOID. After making a booking online we had to change it at the office, so made it very clear we didn't want extra insurance, and we were told the new contract was only going to be an extra $20 a day for the same car as the original contract, that seemed reasonable and we were tired and in a rush to leave... But it wasn't the same car, and we ended up paying nearly three times the original cost. I'll never use Hertz again unless we're refunded the all of the extra charges, but I thought the major rental chains had stopped trying to rip people off in the small print.

I first went to one end of the airport where they tried to charge me a fortune for the car. But luckily I kept looking and went to the opposite side where they ended up giving me the car for what I wanted and were very nice. I would put 5 but the fact of the matter is that they tried to screw me at first so I don't feel it is fair to give them. So if you are looking for a car to rent come to hertz and go to puerta 1. They gave me the price I was looking for.
