DO NOT RENT HERE! We had a Minivan reservation there and when we arrived to pick it up, they said they don't have a Minivan available, although they had a Chrysler T&C on the lot. They claimed it would be broken, but then other people were driving off with it. We had called earlier that day to make sure they have a minivan available because we were 6 people and could not fit in one car. They simply said that it was another person in the office that morning and they couldn't do anything about it. I asked the managing associate to speak with the manager, but he said he was not there. He also didn't try to resolve the issue and fixing their mistake. I called the corporate offices and explained them the situation, they gave me the name of the manager and that they would get me another vehicle to accommodate all of us. When I asked the managing associate to speak to the manager, he suddenly was in the office and offered me a bus for 11 people that they use to pick up and fro off ppl from the airport. They respected the price but then wanted 450USD insurance fees for basic coverage for 3 days. At that point we left and figured out another way of transportation.
The people in the office have never heard anything about customer service plus they are lying right in your face. Worst rental car agency ever!

I'm amazed about the kindly attention from the rental agent who opened my rental agreement, he explained in detail the whole process so my trip was peace of mind.

One word: extortion. My $600 reservation turned into $1,600. They force insurance on you at rates 10x what Hertz and Enterprise charge. The USD rates they quote use misleading exchange rates, understating actual USD charges by 20%. And they intomidate you into accepting insurance by requiring huge "security deposits" if you decline. (Decline all insurance and they want to charge as much as $3,000 on your credit card as a hold).

Awful experience with this company. Avoid them
The rental prices quoted and the one they charged were very different!
One of the tires was bald when I picked the car and when I pointed this out they actually claimed it was in excellent condition.
No surprise that on the second day of renting it the tire blew out on us.
I called the office and they agreed(verbally) to reimburse this...if I paid for it.
They then refused to do so when I got there to return the car.
To top things one of the staff was drunk and rude!
I would have left zero stars!!

Be very careful with this company. The cars are old, with very high miles. The car we received was badly damaged all over, to the point it was impossible to document all the damage. The inside of the car was disgusting. They will incessantly argue with you over insurance, trying to intimidate you into purchasing it. When you return the car, they will blame you for the damage on the vehicle, claiming a valet did it without you knowing. I believe they rent such damaged cars so that there is no way to be able to prove you didn't cause the damage.
