Very nice hotel, only had a 2 night stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My only small complaint is that the hot water took too long to get. Other than that it was a very pleasamt stay.

We stayed here just for one night. We arrived after an 15 hours of traveling very tired. In the website it is advertised that a pickup from the airport is included and leaves every 20 minutes which is subject to availability. We waited almost an entire hour until the pickup arrived.
The hotel and is very friendly and attentive, the rooms are spacious and quit. For just a short stay it is definitely recommendable

Pros:
Ample room, comfortable bedding
Not pristine, but clean enough
Coffee maker, toiletries, We asked and got toothbrushes and toothpaste.
Friendly and efficient staff
Good AC, not directed towards beds
Free coffee in the lobby
Cons:
Nowhere near the airport. They advertise 12 minutes, but it took us more than half an hour. It was raining and traffic was bad, but that is quite normal, so don’t expect any different.
They advertise a free shuttle. Our reservation said to get it in front of Gate 4. Gate 4 was packed with people and trucks downloading boxes. No sign for shuttle or hotel. A porter told us there should be a hotel aide there who would call, but we couldn’t find anyone. Called the hotel and got no answer (we had the right number). We took an Uber.
It was late at night and the area was very dark. We could see a building with a Fiesta Inn sign, but there is no entrance from the street! There is one directly from a mall, which was closed, and another one through a dark parking lot (there was a sign that we hadn’t seen) and up an elevator.
The area is ok during the day and the mall is enormous, but it didn’t feel that way at midnight.
I’d say pay more and go somewhere nearer to the airport, unless it is daytime and you have time to spare.

Hotel is located 20++ min from the airport, at a shopping center, and right below the hotel there's a gym with classes till 11pm. If you have an early morning and need a quiet room, go somewhere else or bring your earplugs. Hotel is clean and has good service. I'm not too happy with the location. Member of the staff was very nice recommending not to go outside of the shopping center because of safety issues.

Excellent ! The service included transportation to the airport, and it's in a mall so you can find stores and good food in there
