Terrible experience paid $100 for a van in Playa del Carmen and had to wait over one hour to get the van. Horrible customer service.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Approached by aggressive sales person on the pier. They show you new cars, but all the cars are old and rusty. The key to our vehicle broke off in the trunk and someone had to come get us. Upon return, they insisted that they told us not to use the trunk, and forced us to pay for the repair. All they said was not to leave anything in the trunk so that it wouldn't be stolen. That is NOT THE SAME THING as the trunk being broken. I was so angry at the clerk that he halved the initial charge. These people are terrible. Do not rent from them.

We were promised a beautiful newer jeep. We were delivered and old jeep with a very loud tire in the rear. It did have brakes. Steering was loose and reverse had to be held in place on a standard transmission. Lesson learned will not go back.

Absolutely awful high pressure sales tactics. We were approached on the pier waiting for the ferry by a man who was agressive and forceful. We ended up being WAY over charged for a rental car. When we arrived in Cozumel, the car had no SEATBELT or side mirror. Are you kidding me?! Oh another wonderful thing they dont tell you is that the cars are all standard. They finanly offered to exchange it for another car. Go anywhere else!! DO NOT waste your time and money.

Terrible experience, don't trust them, they lie to you about prices and insurance. Bad scooters, ours broke down after 15 min into our drive. We called that we had mechanical problems and it wouldn't start. They said to wait a little and they would send a truck with another scooter, we waited for 1 hour and 15 min, we called like five times and they said there was to much traffic. I'm from LA I know what traffic is and there was none. After all we missed our paid ferry so had to get another and they refused to reimburse, say they were not responsible for mechanical problems. Worst rentals, please don't rent from them.
