This is for the fiesta rental car located at sunscape resort in Cozumel.After spending $100 on the best wrengler they had on their fleet , saw the car with two almost flat tires , Abs and traction malfunction , when confronted the represemtive i was told to take the car and give them a call if I get a flat and they will come and fix it.I was also given the option to take the car to the gas station and " put air in the tire" I spoke to another couple which had a similar experience with their broken Jeep. Luckily they were with another couple which gave them a ride back to town. canceled my reservation. Their cars are not safe .STAY AWAY

Unbelievably rude woman from fiesta car rental at secrets aura lied about pricing. It wasnt till another couple came to rent a car and started to listen in on we were saying that she then promptly returned the money. Wouldnt honor online pricing either. Go with another company, plenty of other rental companies to deal with these scammers!

After being left high and dry by America Car Rental, with whom I'd made a reservation, I agreed to rent a car from a Fiesta agent standing outside the Cancun airport. We were a little leery of going with an unknown agency (and getting into an unmarked car at the airport for transport to the off-site rental office), but it turned out to be a painless transaction. We received the car we agreed on and got no trouble from the agency when we returned it. We paid $75 USD per day, inclusive of insurance.
