I had an ear problem (middle ear barotrauma) after scuba diving the Blue Hole in Belize and wanted to check if it was ok before embarking on more scuba adventures. After googling good ENT doctors I came across Clinica San Miguel. The recommended doctor was Dr Negron, however, he wasn't taking patients and I was referred to Dr Francisco Javier Lopez Galeana. He was extremely professional, spoke perfect English and explained the problem with my ear very thoroughly. He also recommended a follow up session in a week. It was expensive but to me the price was worth it and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.
