Tienen muy buena ubicación (por el lado bueno) está céntrico y todo queda cerca. Lo malo es que es muy básico, tiene hospedaje y ya. Nada de restaurante ni nada. Para quien sólo va a descansar está bien.

Not even one star. I wanted to just stay the high here because it is cheap. When I was told the price was 450 pesos so I gave a 500 and filled out the form. Then the receptionist said it was 450 again. I said I paid and she said no. When the owner came out she imediatly said "in 20 years I have never seen this problem". She didn't even hear the problem yet. I told her I paid and the money must be behind the counter. She looked in one folder to show me there was no 500 Bill there and said I need to pay. When I said "look around the counter" she opened the same folder and said it's imposible. At first there was a slight language berrier but i had a translator with me the whole time with the owner. After 20 min trying to make the cameras work I had enough and went to leave, she then said she would call the police if I left. I want to another hotel down the street and the receptionist tracked me down and returned the 500. She apologized and said it was under a book. I told her I said look around the counter and she was embaraced but by the time the owner was there she took charge. If you stay here keep an eye on your valuables.
