Pior atendimento. Diária no booking tava em dólares e qndo chegamos e fomos pagar já avisam cobrado em pesos no cartão de crédito oferecido somente para garantir a reserva com uma taxa abusiva e ainda se recusaram a cancelar. E olha que chegamos antes do horário do check in. Relevância e ficamos mais uma noite combinando que iríamos pagar o mesmo preço da noite anterior. E aí queriam transformar o valor em peso para dólares agora usando outra taxa super baixa, obviamente para ganharem novamente. A taxa usada primeiramente foi de 19,2 e agora queriam usar uma da 16,2 nos roubando descaradamente. Por fim, deixamos roupa para lavar que deveriam ficar pronta as 13h. Chegamos de um passeio as 17:15, para pegar nossas malas e roupa e a roupa não estava lá. Explicamos que tínhamos que pegar o ferry as 18 e depois de muita insistência com a recepcionista ela enfim ligou pra lá e disse que ninguém atendia, simples assim. Com muita revolta cobramos uma solução ao que enfim a funcionária finalmente foi até a lavanderia que ficava a 2 quadras. As 6 a funcionária voltou caminhando calmamente e disse q as roupas ainda não estavam prontas e que iam demorar mais 15 minutos. Conclusao perdemos o ferry!

Small hotel that I booked last minute for an overnight stay, I was told at check in I needed to pay extra for my third person because Travelocity only sent it over as 1 and they charge for more then 2. The room was small but it was air conditioned and the staff was extremely helpful. Here is a tip for English speaking guests, most of the TV programs are simulcast in English, just change the audio in the menu.

Perfect hotel in San Miguel.
The staff are very helpful and friendly. The room was nicely decorated with fun colors and tile accents. The AC worked great. I did not hear any street or other room noise. Clean, safe and pleasant.
Very good location. Can walk ~ 5 minutes to ferry. Restaurants and stores close by.
I would stay here again.

Hotel staff are great and friendly. Walls are a little thin. Room that we got (couple) is very nice and the air conditioner is good. The breakfast is from 7am-11am and consisted of waffles, toast, nachos, cereal and a little fruit. I would stay here again. Wish they had a pool though.
