Excellent place to stay. Staff is great and very helpful. Food is descent. Large, great selection of alcohol. Rooms are very spacious. Excellent location. Would definitely return.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around...
Room was wonderful! We really enjoyed our stay. Be aware that the water just off the pier can be pretty rough, but we did see several rays and a bounty of fish. Only one option for lunch, though there are many for dinner. Would return.

As members of palace resort, we decided to visit the Cozumel Palace to see what it's like and relax. The staff questioned our membership even tho we had "Palace Premire" wristbands. Wouldn't let us come in and relax enjoy a beverage. Even if rules have changed and they should still be courteous and inviting. I checked out the pool and oceanfront access. Not really worth the amenities of other Palace resorts.
