The owner is very professional, on your first appointment she will tell you what is the best treatment/product ft your specific problem. Girls doing facials/massages are kind and respectful. Prices are similar to other beauty places in the city.

SCAM-FRAUD-DANGEROUS PRODUCTS
I used to love this place until i found out they stolen, robbed my money. I went to this spa for láser treatment, and it was great except because the girl that runs this bussines (Margarita) charged me more money multiple times for the treatment and when I found it out I asked her for my money back and she said "I'm sorry you already paid, I can't do anything" besides that I bought a product for eyelashes that is actually dangerous for your eyes, I never used it and the second day I purchased it I asked her for return the product, she said: "IM SORRY YOU AL READY BOUGHT IT." I asked her for give me some credit or some sort of discount since she charged more money and at the top I can't use the product and she said "NO" THIS IS SUCH A SHAME BECAUSE I SPENT AT LEAST $1000 DLLS IN THIS SPA ALREADY, AND IM NOT GOING BACK FOR FINISH MY TREATMENT" ALSO IS A SHAME THE OWNER ADRIANIUS IS REALLY NICE, BUT I GUESS HE DOESN'T KNOW ABOUT THE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE OF MARGARITA AND HER STAFF AT BLV. COSTERO
