Honestly the slots are super tight. It's hard to get service with a smile as well. Employees are overworked and underpaid so it's hard to blame them for being in a crappy mood. In short, don't expect anywhere near the experience you would have in Vegas.

It's kinda small compared to casino's around the chicago area. You also need to get a card to play any slots and if you play small you tend to lose it right away. The only good part is if you go to the second floor and play roulette or the other tables you get a free drink (the lower end stuff but still good) every 20 minutes if you ask for it and you have to be at a table the whole time. I feel like your odds are better at the tables than the slot machines unless your dropping a few hundred dollers on the slots then you might be fine playing on them.
