Excellent hotel, except for issues getting the toilet to flush all the way. Chances are, you won't have this problem

Rooms were very nice and clean but they wouldn't provide more than two small water bottles for a three night stay and charged us if we needed more water. This isn't really acceptable given that Mexico isn't a place you should be drinking water out of the sink, so we felt there's room for improving in the service, specially since every hotel in Mexico we've been to have given us unlimited water. The receptionist wasn't very polite either. Our recommendation if you're staying at this hotel is, bring some water.
