5 star hotel with an excellent view of the city. It has an incredible vibe and an awesome staff. Will visit again if I have the chance.

Totally worth it. Locación can Fit all your needs and the hotel has amazing facilities. I recommend room service a lot, its cheap and delicious

Gorgeous hotel. Beautiful rooms. Modern. Clean. Stayed here in business trip. Want to come back for vacation. Chardonnay restaurant in hotel is fantastic. Great staff.

Very good service. The location is great and the rooms have a great view above Guadalajara city. I can confidently say that the customer service is way above average when compared to other hotel chains in Mexico. The overall quality of the food is not great and that's a downside but the location of the hotel, cleanliness and benefits for the guests.
