Hotel is located at the very beginning of the "centro historico". Guys at the reception are super polite and helpful. The design is good and the rooms are clean. Very high quality compared to what you are paying for the night. The only issue is the noise coming from the bus stop over the night.

The deisign of the hotel is really good, i was very comfortable there, the people were fantastic and I loved it! Highly recommended

It's a good Palace yo have a good vacations, the rooms were clean and the service was perfect.

Great hotel for people who want to be close to the historic center.
Small rooms tend to be noisy because of the hallway structure but the large rooms with Jacuzzi are very quiet with a three room setup.
WiFi was ok and was able to upload 1.5 GB in a couple of hours.
About 15-18 parking spaces accessible from the lobby is a good option. Ask before so they can open the garage.
Everything worked as intended and I had no issues. Stayed in the master seventh floor.
The area around the hotel is sketchy, as most historic centers are but ubers can always slide up to the lobby to pick you up. Two blocks up is the cathedral and zocalo.
