What a delicious name for a restaurant. To start, the name got me, walked in and the atmosphere is just so casual and elegant. The entire staff was super attentive, their food, from the appetizer to the dessert, they are Top of their Game! Their drinks were good, not great but good. But when we switched to wine, wow!! What a great selection and again, they are all so well mannered and so attentive. A must, when you visit Guadalajara, you have to allow yourself time to go there. I strongly recommend you make reservations. Here are 3 pixs, the front entrance, Reymundo the manager pouring a beautiful 2014 Carmen Gran Reserva, Carmenere and the 3rd pix is their unique daily menu. Beautiful, Delicious, Elegant and Exquisite. 5 STARS!!!!!

This place is a classic in the city, you can't go wrong (and almost sinful not to have them) with the grilled artichokes, steak is the best here and they always have a special, the wine selection is great, staff and attention are at the top, remember you are expected to be dressed properly (a bit more than casual). Enjoy the great desserts as well.
