This a cheap hotel, and you get what you pay for. AC is old, it make a terrible noise, so we didn’t use it. Unfortunately, our neighbors did at 2AM and for the rest of the night. Restless night was definitely not what we wanted

Quirky centrally located small hotel. Friendly owner and helper will answer all questions. You may get over whelmed by objects.

It's a really Beautiful place full of interesting and creative antiques. A wonderful place to be for curiosity-driven folks. It has it's very own little museum. The service includes a welcoming tequila shot, breakfast, wifi and cable tv, at a very inexpensive price. Highly recommended.

I would not recommend staying here at all. I booked on the internet after reading great reviews, but found the place to be very run down & dirty. I did not feel comftorable staying overnight because i was sharing the room and bed with bugs (cockroaches ) & i had to go through the refund process with my bank to get my money back and was not able to find an alternate place sleep ..stay somewhere else if possible.

Hotel Yeneka is located very conveniently near the Malecon and a range of restaurants, banks, tourist activities, and beautiful views of the ocean. The courtyard has funky decor and a peaceful vibe, the rooms are simple and tidy, beds are OK, your shower might be warm, the staff will definitely be friendly and helpful. They will also make sure you get your free shot of tequila every day! Luis connected us with good deals for whale shark and snorkeling trips.

The most challenging part of our stay here was the noise at night. Just a block away is a bar with incredibly loud music. On a Thursday night, sets went until almost 3 AM. Similar on the following Friday night. This is going to be true of any hotel or hostel in this part of town, so by our third night we moved up the street about six blocks and it was so much quieter, we actually got a good nights sleep...but no tequila. Life is full of trade offs.
