I booked the room over the internet. When we arrived they did not have the room so the manager on duty Alfonso, upgraded us to a suite with no extra charge.
The room was clean and comfortable, although very simple it was very functional.
The security was great !
I would very much recommend this hotel to those traveling into Mexico.
The breakfast was great, fresh, lots of choices and kid friendlier than most places we stay.
The staff is exceptional! Extremely customer service oriented.

It was a really good experience. The installations was very clean. Everything looks like new and have a nice workers that will help you in all that you can need
