Excellent service from seemingly happy staff. My only gripe with El Cid is that they only pay their workers 130 Pesos PER DAY. they could easily afford to pay them more and still make ridiculous profits. Overall it's a great hotel with fun staff and the Italian restaurant downstairs has incredible food.
