Used them for airport transfer to resort. Mwt us at airport on time. Same at resort for return. Great service.

I went with my friends to Mazatlan with one of your tours, and it was really amazing. Your customer service was prompt and you guys gave me the best options for our vacation, for a really low price indeed! Mazatlan is a lovely city, and their beaches are smooth, clean, and filled with activities. Thank you so much!!

This was my first trip to Mazatlan so I didn't know what to expect. I wanted to make sure transportation was secured so I started looking around for shuttles. When I found Mazatlan Tours I was super excited that I could book both the shuttles and experiences in one place. I was a little nervous about paying online because the website is kind of outdated but I figured my credit card company would reimburse me if it was a scam.
I was immediately comforted when I received a phone call about an hour later from one of their customer service reps who noticed I booked the zip line and spa day for the completely wrong day. She called to fix the reservation and was super nice about it. She had to call me back a few minutes later because I had also messed up the reservation for the shuttle (that's what I get for doing all of this at work). The fact that she caught all of my errors showed me she was really paying attention and cared about my experience.
When we arrived in Mazatlan the service was just as geat. The shuttle was waiting when we arrived and the man driving was very friendly. The zip line and spa a few days later was also fantastic! They picked us up from our hotel on time and once again the driver was friendly. We had so much fun and the lunch they provided was AMAZING! Our tour guides were great and many of them spoke English. If you are at least conversational in Spanish like my boyfriend and I they will definitely engage you more and they didn't make us feel bad about our horrible accents.
Overall we had a great experience and would definitely use Mazatlan Tours again!
