DO NOT RENT FROM THESE GUYS!!! !NO AQUILAR COCHES CON ESTOS HOMBRES (español al fondo)! These guys are THIEVES! We rented a car on Tuesday, got it at 11am, had it for four days and turned it in at about noon on Friday. They said we had gotten it "early" and charged us for an extra day. 11am is early? They did not mention this when we rented from them. It’s obvious that 11am Tuesday until noon on Friday is FOUR DAYS. They charged us for FIVE -- an extra day. We didn’t dispute this as we had driven in hellish traffic for about four hours, it was hot as hell and we weren't going to argue as there was no manager in sight. They ripped us off. Do not use them! Find another place to rent a car.
¡ESTOS TIPOS SON LADRONES! Alquilamos un coche un martes, alrededor de las las 11 de la mañana, lo tuvimos por cuatro días y lo entregamos el mediodía del viernes. Nos dijeron que el carro lo habíamos empezado a rentar muy temprano del Martes y nos cobraron por un día extra. Cinco días en vez de cuatro. ¿11 am es temprano? Desde las 11 am martes hasta el mediodía del viernes es de cuatro días. Nos cobraron por cinco - un día extra. No discutimos esto ya que habíamos conducido en el tráfico infernal durante unas cuatro horas, estaba caliente como el infierno y no discutimos como no había ningún director a la vista. Nos robaron. ¡No usen ustedes Veloz! Encuentre otro lugar para alquilar un coche.

Had a very good experience. Reasonable rates that included all fees and taxes, upfront. They rent late model vehicles, something that I preferred over new, seem to draw less attention. The vehicle showed some wear, but functioned well, up until we woke up to a dead battery (can't guarantee one of my kids didn't leave something on). We had to get a jumpstart and drive back into the shop, where they swapped out the battery for a new one, no questions asked, in about an hour. The company met us at the airport upon arrival. Leaving in two days will update review to include drop off.
