This is the best place to enjoy Mariachi with some Mezcal and dinner. It’s in the historic area where Mariachi from all around Mexico come and you can get songs played for you from 50+ pesos a song. Great for a date or group outing. Live or visiting Mexico City this is a must!

Went on a Monday night for drinks and food. Handed us a menu and then told us they're out of everything on that menu and we have to order from the "specials" menu. Out of guac, insanely slow service and expensive tequila. The waiters automatically add on 20% tip which is double the custom in the city especially for a dirty restaurant like this. Mariachi were the only redeeming quality but they took frequent breaks and there were not other filler bands. TLDR: skip this hell hole

Excellent choice for an evening with your friends! Safe place... Just stay inside. There's a safe parking lot there.

Tenampa is a must-place to visit while being a tourist in Mexico City. Try making a reservation, because the place gets packed. Food is great, and prices are fair. I think this place has one of the largest offer of tequila brands in Mexico City. Mariachis charge by song.
