El servicio de Dollar Mexico, fue excelente, las personas que atienden son muy amables y te explican con detalle las opciones que tienen y te asesoran muy bien. Los recomiendo mucho.

Long wait for the shuttle, 45 minutes waiting at the office to get our contract in place. They had software issues so the clerk had to hand write everything and kept leaving to walk over to Thrifty next door. Then the gates were locked when we tried to return it at the scheduled time. So we had to drive around again, which is a pain and super confusing. Apparently we should have stopped and just honked until someone came out...? There are very few signs for rental car returns (not a Dollar issue, of course) so follow signs to Terminal 1 and then you'll see rental car signs.

Very shady. They'll tell you they no longer have the car you reserved and will proceed to offering a different one for an outrageous amount of money.
