Pretty bad service. Desk in Airport states is open 24 hrs which is not. i had to wait more that 45 minutes for the girl to come. Then auto given was in pretty bad condition (rim completly bended), after my complain was given another car which was by Mexican law not allowed to transit in Mexico city and the police gave me a fee of aprox 300 dlls that the company ignores, unfortunately i was carrying childs and had not the chance gave up the car in the middle of a motorway. I will advice not to rent there.

No renten ahi, pesimo servicio, en la oficina en el aeropuerto no habia nadie cuando llegue, despues me dieron un coche con el rin muy abollado, despues me dan un coche que no se puede circular en el d.f y me para la policia..

Nicht Auto im Europcar Mexico mieten, Service war ganz schlecht, niemand im Front Desk im Flughafen, dann erste Auto Kapput, dann andere auto dass kann nicht im Mexico fahren und die Polizei hat mir gestoppt.
