Beautiful place but, poor Internet access. Continental breakfast coffee not too good.
Need taxi or Uber to go around. But, near to the nice chapultepec park.

The check in experience was not great. The clerk was confused and did not pull up the reservations correctly and did not seem to understand our questions. Perhaps more fluent English speakers might be helpful.

Nice installations, excellent food, clean, i recommend to change their tv's and cable company... the location is also excelent to visit chapultepec castle (5 mins by walking ) or "el papalote museo del niño" (no more than 10 mins by car)...
