Location a block from Zocalo in the central historical area is unbeatable for touring on foot. The price is reasonable so we rented a junior suite and found it quite comforatble, but the decor could use updating. A large spa size tub is available in our large bathroom but the water pressure for the shower is low. The service by the entire staff is warm and attentive. The breakfast included in the room rate was 5 stars with omlette made on order, fresh fruit and juices, and several varying offerings of hot Mexican dishes one might find at a restaurant - such as chicken with mole, chilaquiles, chili rellanos.... I would not hesitate to recommend to friends.

Very clean establishment with great service from the staff; very attentive to our needs! From the room attendants to the front desk even the chef for the buffet breakfast! They offer some free snack type things in the lobby. I would really recommend this place!

Love this hotel. Great rooms and nice views from the terrazas. Free parking and good location. The restaurant needs improvement with the waiters and staff.
