Do this price, you won't easily find these features and this atmosphere in the city. It's a clean hotel with a good restaurant, but since it's very popular, you'll have to wait a little to get your food if you order room service.
It's frequent to run into groups of travelers, no matter the season and the design of the hotel makes it a very noisy one. It's easy to hear people outside coming and going.
The staff at the front desk is nice, but the rest of the staff is noisy and they do not care much for people sleeping, if it's already morning.
You'll have hot water fast and can enjoy it for a while, but the internet connection to a not so good, in case you must work from the hotel.
They have a parking space that's generally sufficient, but you have to order a room does not have a window to the street.
Those groups of travelers generally come by bus, and the driver's like to keep the engine running for a long time before boarding, and they are noisy, not to mention that they add to the smog smell in the area.

Good price,clean,good service, but lack AC so found myself lacking some oxigen. the area its a bit scary at night!, some electronic stuff of the room was did not work , still general great deal in my opinion. not that far from the main downtown area, alevator feels a bit creepy at times, the air filter on the bathroom made a lot of noise in my opinion . rooms feelt new and clean.

Great budget hotel with excellent service, manager Juan is very helpful guy. Helped us tremendously, gave us direction, tips, things to do etc. Very convenient location, close to metro, famous San Juan mercado. Hotel's restaurant is pretty good too. I will recommend this hotel.
