Centrally located. Great staff being with the front desk, concierge Ms. Sarah , Marsha and Patricia.
Roof top dinning and bar are spot on. Da i it breakfast offered for guests too.
24 hour cafe in lobby. In room coffee maker in each room. Worth every penny to stay at this establishment. Mr. Lalo runs the restaurant.

Great hotel. Great Staff. Very accomadating. Could use a few more choices of meat entries but great warm feeling. I and corporate members will be back annually.

Hated the brunch. A complete ripoff. It is an all you can eat meal that costs $ 750 pesos. When you arrive, you eat only what is visible, that is usually how all you can eat meals work, buffet style. And the only visible food is a table of crappy cheese and some cheap tilapia ceviche. After you stuff yourself with these two options, you keep wondering what's next. Only after you've pressured the waiter and staff, they tell you that there's a whole menu to choose from! This pissed me off. Also, the food wasn't that good. I only give it two stars because of the view.

The staff were friendly and very helpful, as well as forgiving of my poor Spanish (and ready to switch to English if I needed). The facilities were gorgeous; the bar and restaurant were superb, and I loved being right on the corner of the zócalo. I look forward to returning!

One of their best hotels I've ever stayed! Impeccably clean, great interior, and the staff are incredibly attentive and courteous. The stay comes with complememtary breakfast that includes fresh squeezed orange juice, coffee, a plate of fresh fruit and a choice of main dish. The restaurant offeres great food options for lunch and dinner as well. Their desserts are out of this world. Highly recommended!
