Engañoso. te ofrecen el 60% de descuento pero te quieren meter mas de 800 pesos diarios de seguros. se tardan mucho en entregarte el auto. No respetan las reservaciones. y maliciosamente se quedan con vauchers abiertos firmados. JAMAS VOLVERIA A RENTAR CON HERTZ

OJO NO RENTEN CARROS EN ESTA COMPAÑÍA.
Son unos RATEROS RATEROS , te dan un precio y luego te salen con otro precio. y asta me querían cobrar por qué les entrege el carro sucio

Pésimo servicio de Hertz Aeropuerto, te dan un número celular de atención y nunca contestan, el 01800 por lo menos 6 mins en espera para atención.. He tenido que poner la queja correspondiente, pésimo servicio de todo a todo, jamás volvere a rentar con Hertz.

Picking the car up was Ok. Dropping the car off was very slow and frustrating experience. First no one was available at the front desk at terminal B (which was the one where I picked the car), so I finally ended up at terminal A hertz location and they told me that they don't have my voucher, at that time it was running late and I had to "run" to terminal B due to the van service was not available.
